I have known from a young age that I wanted to be a writer. It might sound surprising, but English was always my favorite class growing up. It’s a little cliche, but there was something about poetry and creative writing assignments that made me feel confident, like I had something worth saying. While many saw English as an easy A and associated the word “smart” for those excelling in math or science, I saw it as a space for expression, emotion, and imagination.

When it came time to apply for college, I assumed journalism was the only practical path for a writer, which worried me because I craved more creative freedom. Thankfully, my mother introduced me to copywriting, and everything clicked. It was writing with a purpose and personality. So, here I am.

If I had to describe my copywriting style, I’d call it punchy, thoughtful, and a catalyst for conversation. My goal is to make you want to text that person who immediately comes to mind — or pause and reflect on how the content relates to you. Whether it’s casual or reflective, I want my words to linger just long enough to start something.
